Return Policy

Returns
New, unused merchandise** may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Prior to making a return, the purchaser should contact Ten East Read so that we can authorize the return. Returns should be mailed to the address from which they were shipped. The original invoice, a copy thereof or the order number should be enclosed with the merchandise. When we receive the item, the customer will be refunded the price of the returned merchandise. Note that shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, please complete the return process described above and order the replacement item directly from TenEastRead.com. The new item can be ordered at any time -- most of our customers prefer to order the replacement item and mail the return item at the same time so that they can receive the replacement item as soon as possible.

**Please note that we do not accept returns of our panties, undies, boxers or briefs.
